Harlingen receives ships Tall Ship Race In the summer of 2018 Harlingen again receives the world's finest tall ships with their international crew and trainees. The Tall Ships Races Harlingen 2018 promises to be a huge event, for which many volunteers and sponsors will be committed. The ships sail into Harlingen on 3 August 2018, after the Sail In Parade, as soon as they are finished above Vlieland and Terschelling. There will be many activities in and around the port and the public will of course have the opportunity to view the ships from close up and take a look on board. There will also be many trips in and around the harbor. There is plenty of music and stalls with food and drinks.Group accommodationThere are also cheap group accommodations for rent. Look here for the possibilities. As a group you then have access to the entire ship.
